Our founder attends the Emory Women's Sports and Wellness Conference '25! headSTRONG starts hosting athlete seminars at Lambert High School with a physician-approved curriculum.
Implementing Education into Georgia Policy
Our founder meets with Dist. 25 Representative Todd Jones to discuss amending the Return to Play Act and include mandatory, standardized, student-athlete concussion education.
headSTRONG Enters the National Advocacy Space
Our founder attended the BIAA Hill Day as the Georgia State Lead! At Capitol Hill, our BIAG team met with Senate staffers and Representatives to advocate for the renewal of the TBI Act and to implement a National TBI Action Plan. Back at home, headSTRONG remains active in Georgia legislation, and published and submitted our Return to Play and Learn Act policy brief.

headSTRONG is featured on CBS Atlanta's March Brain Health Piece with Georgia Tech athletics and Guardian Caps, Our founder advocates for educating student athletes about concussions and for stronger safety reforms.
headSTRONG goes National
Our founder partners with youth empowerment organizations like Etre Girls and Athletes for Hope to educate athletes and teens alike across the country about concussion symptom recognition. We've spoken to teens in over 20 states and counting!
Back to Our Roots
We know concussions don't just happen in sports. That's why headSTRONG started partnering with local 5Ks and community nonprofits to educate the greater public, regardless of age, about traumatic brain injury and where to find care.
What's Next?
We have more athletes to educate and much more teams to build. In addition to continuing our in-school athlete education seminars, our founder is hosting a TED-Talk October 2026 on brain injury in the community! Be on the lookout for more news!
